 How do I pay? You can pay using your               account or your Debit / Credit card through the PayPal Guest Service. It's easy! Options for these payment methods will be shown when you complete your sale.

Other payment methods can also be accepted but please contact us about this before placing your order.


Why do we like PayPal?  Peace of mind! When buyers pay with their PayPal account,           Buyer Protection covers them for every eventuality.

Shipping?  We are offering FREE postage to UK destinations for standard delivery. Shipping costs for outside of the UK appear in the shopping cart.

I need an item quickly, what can you do?  We aim to ship orders received before noon on the same day or next working day.  We post using Royal Mail, so a specific date cannot be guaranteed unless you request and pay for 'Special Delivery'.

Special Delivery or Guaranteed Delivery is exempt from the free postage offer and will be charged accordingly.

Refunds / Returns Policy? Please contact us within 14 days of the date of delivery if you want to exchange an item or return it for a refund. However, we do require you to pay for the return delivery and advise you use a 'signed for' service, as proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

For items purchased at our shows and events, please contact us as soon as possible or within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Discount Codes must be quoted at the time of paying for your purchase and the relevant amount will be refunded to you. All discount codes are valid for two months from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.

What sizes do you cater for?  We cater for sizes S - XXXL

I've seen something I like but now I can't find it, what can I do?  Email or call us, describe it as best you can,  then we will get back to you with more details or try to include it in the next order - we have a list of 'can you get' or 'I want one of those' requests which we work on fulfilling - we do try, honestly!
